We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees ( $25 cancellation fee per service)

*Bridal Parties and services will be subject to different cancellation policies and fees

Deposits on bridal parties are non refundable.

If youre 10 minutes late we may have to cancel your service or adjust your service to fit in the remainder of the time booked

If we adjust or cancel you will be charged the service fee.

We want to see you and help you feel beautiful so please show up! If you fail to show up for your appointment the full court of service will be charged and considered a no show. 

*By entering your credit card information, which is encrypted and saved on your profile, you agree to the cancellation and no show policies.

Gift Cards are available for purchase but please treat them like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. We want you to love your purchases!

All stylists are trained handle extensions with caution, however if damage or loose extensions may occur, The Glow Dry Bar is not responsible for replacement. Guests with extensions are subject to a higher fee for extra time.

For guests that require extended time we ask that you book accordingly. Consultations are available if youre unsure what service to book.

A dry style is available for guests to achieve their desired look without a shampoo and blow dry. We ask that you come with your hair freshly washed and completely dry. It should not be overly matted or tangled, and the desired style should be achieved in 20 miinutes.
